HOW TO BOOK
1. Look at the availability of the lodges »
Tariff in Euros or other currencies will be calculated at the rate of exchange listed in YAHOO on the day of booking.
Book two consecutive weeks and enjoy the second week with a 10% discount.
We are also pleased to offer a 10% discount for single occupancy.
Sorry only one discount per booking.
2. Contact Us
Email: firstname.lastname@example.org with details of which lodge and dates you would like. (Please include a contact telephone number.)
Telephone us on 01631 720265.
We will reply confirming the lodge and dates with details of how to pay your deposit.
3. Complete a BOOKING FORM and press SEND.
Transfer your deposit or post your cheque.
Our preferred method of payment is by online Direct Bank Transfer (BACS), this saves time and postage.
If this is not convenient payment can be made by cheque.
Euros can be paid by Direct Bank Transfer only. We will send you our Euro bank details.
Other currencies please contact us to discuss alternative arrangements.
4. Receipt of the deposit will be confirmed by Email or letter.
5. The balance of payment is due 28 days prior to the date of occupation and receipt will be confirmed by Email.
We regret that the deposit is not refundable.
If the booking is cancelled after the balance has been paid, i.e. four weeks before the holiday, payment can only be refunded if the period can be relet.
PERIOD OF HIRE
The period of hire is from 3.00 pm on the day of entry to 10.00 am on the day of departure. We can only accept bookings for full weeks from Saturday to Saturday. However if the accommodation of your choice is available we will accept late bookings for shorter periods.
We accept one well behaved dog in Pine Lodge but regret no pets in Green Lodge. As we are surrounded by farmland your dog must be keep on a lead at all times whilst on our property. Please do not leave it unattended in the lodge.
We operate a NO SMOKING policy in both lodges.
