HOW TO BOOK

Covid-19
Scottish Government regulations or recommendations may require a booking to be cancelled at short notice .  Should this happen we will fully refund any deposit or balance paid.

Both lodges are fully booked for 2021 but we will post any cancellations on this page.

 

1. Look at the AVAILABILITY for 2022 of the Lodges.

2. Complete a BOOKING FORM and press SEND.

We will reply confirming the lodge and dates with details of how to pay.

3. Transfer your deposit.

A minimum of £50 per week.

Receipt of the deposit will be confirmed by Email.

We now only accept payment by Direct Bank Transfer (BACS)
If you do not use internet banking your own bank can arrange for a transfer.

The balance of payment is due 28 days prior to the date of occupation and receipt will be confirmed by Email.

Book two consecutive weeks and enjoy 18 nights for the price of 14.

We are also pleased to offer a 10% discount for single occupancy for the first week.

CANCELLATIONS

We regret that the deposit is not refundable.
If the booking is cancelled after the balance has been paid, i.e. four weeks before the holiday, payment can only be refunded if the period can be relet.

PERIOD OF HIRE

The period of hire is from 3.00 pm on the day of entry to midday on the day of departure. We can only accept bookings for full weeks. However if the accommodation of your choice is available we will accept late bookings for shorter periods.

PETS
We no longer accept dogs in Pine Lodge. Green Lodge has always been kept strictly pet free.

 We have a NO SMOKING policy in both lodges.
