If you use our online Booking or Enquiry Form then you agree to our storage and use of the information you supply. This information is used solely by us to confirm availability of the accommodation and to contact you in response to your enquiry or booking request.

We collect the following information that you provide to us. Your name, email address, phone numbers and postal address. If you make a booking this information is only used by us or if we will not be here during your visit we also give your name and mobile number to the caretaker of the property. If you contact us about your visit, we may keep a record of that correspondence. All electronic data which we store is in a password protected location.

We will not keep your personal information for longer than necessary for our business purposes or for legal requirements. For example:

• When you expressed an interest in our accommodation, to provide you with information about our accommodation.
• If you book the accommodation we will keep your information for 6 years for tax purposes, to deal with legal or complaints queries.  You may request that we stop holding this information sooner.

We will not sell or distribute your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal data to send you information which we think you may find interesting unless you tell us that you do not wish this to happen.

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998.  If you would like a copy of / or want us to delete the information we hold please contact us.

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible. We will promptly correct anything found to be incorrect.

We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous statistical information about visitors using our web site. This is only used to help us with our advertising.
